We are looking for farmhands that have the passion and drive to be a part of a high production, 10 acre Certified Organic, year round vegetable farm that focuses on feeding our community.

Positions are full time, hourly paid with take home veggies and access to many amenities at the farm.

Agricultural Specialist Position- March 8th closing date

Sea Bluff Farm is looking for experienced Agricultural Specialist for the 2026 Season. Multi years experience in all fields listed below are required.

Crop seeding, transplanting, maintenance, harvest and processing

Greenhouse planing and maintenance

Berry picking and maintenance

Weeding systems mechanized and manual

Irrigation systems fixed overhead, drip tape and manual

Grounds maintenance: grass, weeds and invasives
